- Or if you feel that you’re not getting the desired resolution to an issue, escalate it to management. We’ll take a deep look at the issue, and verify that you’re getting the service you deserve.
To cancel your services:
Simply click on the “request cancellation” button, on the account that you wish to cancel, in the customer support/billing portal.
Please note that you must request a cancellation 14 days before the end of your current billing term.
