Go to the client support portal, and hover over “Account” on the left navigation bar. (If it’s collapsed, hover over the icon of a person.)
Click “Edit Details”.
Edit as needed, and click “Save Changes” at the bottom.
Updating Credit Card information
Go to the client support portal, and hover over “Account” on the left navigation bar. (If it’s collapsed, hover over the icon of a person.)
Click “Credit Card”.
You will now see your primary credit card. You can either remove it, which completely wipes all traces of it from our system, or you can edit your credit card details.
You can also add new card.
We accept only Visa and MasterCard.
Transferring Account
If you wish to transfer your account ownership to another individual or company, we require written confirmation from both parties stating that this is their intention.
EuroVPS takes security very seriously, and transferring an account is not an activity that we would ever do without in-depth verification.
