Login details are always delivered via email, to the registered primary account holder, for security reasons.
There are two sets of login details that you will receive upon signing up:
- Login details to the client area portal
- Login details to your hosting account or server
Login details to the client area portal will be sent only after you pass the initial security screening. From within the client area portal, you will be able to add a payment method and complete payment for any ordered product.
Only after payment will the login details to your hosting product be sent to you.
Again, login details are always sent via email to your accounts primary email address for security reasons. We will never provide login details over live chat or telephone. EuroVPS takes security and confidentiality very seriously.
